In March 2019 I subscribed to Vodafone's cable service. After installing the router, It did not work.
On 03.03.2019 a technician came to my Flat and noticed the cable connection was missing (from the basement to the flat). He took the contact details of the landlord to arrange an appointment. My landlord is still waiting for contact, so I'm.
I'm a Software Engineer and I need the internet for everyday working.
Vodafone installation was supposed to be fast, that's why I selected Vodafone as my internet provider.
I need to solve this ASAP, any help in this regard will be more than welcome.
