Dear Vodafone,
I am a customer of yours from the month of May 2018 and until today I could not use any of the services provided by you. My Kundennummer: ***
Vodafone representatives visited my home and offered me a better package for internet and cable ,installation of cable conection and cancellation of my existing contract with O2.I signed a paper which I later understand that it was a contract. Within two days I got a DHL packet and one month later deduction started from my bank accout. I paid now seven months and below is the status of services offered to me
1. Offered installation from Vodafone but not given. An adapter needs to be installed so that I can use internet via cable and the DHL packet remains in my home unopened as adviced by Vodafone representative.
2. Offered cancellation of my existing O2 contract but not cancelled and now I am paying O2 and Vodafone
3.Offered reduction in price as my apartment is already paying money for the cable from my monthly rent., but I received no reduction.
I payed more than 200 Euro, complained mutiple times to the representatives and in Vodafone portal but nothing happened
As I have difficulty in speaking German I am lost and don't know what to do. If someone out there know how to deal with this please help

Hi Preeju,
you've been informed several times that the connection is to be activated. However, there was never any feedback that you could not connect the hardware. I can send you the adapter. If it doesn't work, we can also send you a technician.

Hi Thomas,
I did not activate the connection because of two reasons
1. The vodafone represntatives came to my home told me that they will come back with adapter and install on their own. They also told me not to open the DHL box before they come.
2. The Vodafone representatives also told that they will cancel my O2 contract, which I was using but not done.
Now also I use only O2 and I am paying for O2 and Vodafone
As you know , the connnection is not still activated but Vodafone is deducting 33,96 Euros every month.
Please help I want O2 contract to be cancelled, then someone to install Vodafone and my billing corrected.
