There is no internet red light constantly blinking (DOCSIS Offline)

Yesterday, I got the router via DHL. Although I have done everything according to the manual, red light is constantly blinking and I have no internet connection. Could please help me to resolve this?

I understand that correctly: You are a new customer with us and have got the router and connected it to the antenna socket, but it does not come online.

I like to have a look at the whole thing. Please send me a PM with your customer data (name, date of birth, address and customer number).
