Hello,
I have moved out of Germany, permanently relocated out of the country.
I would like to ask for your assistance in cancelling my cable connection as soon as possible.
I would really appreciate if you could inform:
- When my termination will take effect
- What documents do you need for the cancellation, if any
- Do I need to return the router, or take further action to help with the cancellation?
The contract I would like to cancel is the following:
- Customer number ***
- Type: Internet & Phone Cable 32
I've been trying to reach customer support but they redirected me to this page!

Hi danielmunk,
i'm trying to help you. Please send me your customer number, name and address in a private message .
In order to terminate the contract we still need the deregistration from Germany.
The contract is terminated with a period of 3 months starting on the day of the move.
The hardware must be sent back. You will find the information on the cancellation confirmation.
