Termination of cable internet due to relocation.

Hello,

First, thank you for your work during coronavirus pandemic!

I have Red Internet and Phone Cable 200 tariff. On May 1st I moved to a new apartment. After trying the option umzugsservice I discovered that the only tariff Vodafone provides in the building is Red Internet and Phone 16 DSL - means a significant loss in speed. 

Therefore, I would like to terminate the contract and appreciate the help.

In my account settings, I've changed the billing address to my new location. I can send my new tenancy agreement if required.

Hello Voyto,

when you have told us everything, you will receive a confirmation of termination. Your cable router must be returned after the end of the contract. If we still need something from you, you will find a note in the confirmation.

Hello Voyto,

did you tell us about your move through our moving service because you tried to write? If you have used this service and do not want a DSL at your new address, your contract will be terminated with 3 months notice according to the German Telecommunications Act. As we can no longer provide you with Internet via cable.

Hi Nancy,

I've finished it. You should have my request now. If I understood the process correctly >> Vodafone will send a confirmation letter by post. In 3 months the contract will be terminated and I need to send back the router. Is that correct? Do I need to send my tenancy agreement as a proof I've changed the location?
