HELLO,
As my landlord's Internet was pretty bad , On 5th of may I signed up a contact for kabel internet. But I could not get the internet signal. After much try, on 19 July , a customer service person done a new contract over phone and sent new routers again. The problem still was not solved. Then on 3rd July a technician a was on my House and tried to resolve the problem. However, at that point, my landlord was informed and he told me that he would get a new router for the whole apartment as we are already paying for the internet. So the technician told me that he will report back to his boss and vodafone will cancel my contract and I should receive a letter stating that where to return all the equipments.
However, i have not received any such letters still. I have two router now in my house and none of them is needed. Help!
