Since the exchange of the defective receiver was the solution to the puzzle and now everything works as it should, I close the thread here as well.

there's nothing to install. The activation of the channels is done via the smartcard or directly on the Giga TV Box. You can find an overview of the included channels here.

According to your information TV International Englisch Cable should contain BBC Entertainment + some other film channels. I have now once again activated smart card XXXX without receiving any channels. WHY??? Do I need a new smart card??? I ordered this service two months ago. If it is impossible to receive these channels will you therefore cancel it as I do not want to pay for a commodity I am not getting.

Also removed the Smart Card Number.

Please send me a PM with your customer data (name, address, customer number, date of birth and the smartcard number).
Then contact me here again when you have sent the data.

we sent a new signal to the card. Please switch to one of the non-functioning channels and leave it switched on like this. The activation should take place within half an hour.
