Hello
I am Sneha Nair. I recently initiated a request for contract termination from vodafone kabel internet connection due to address change. I was assured that it has been done.
I already informed the executives about my new address here on this portal.
Yesterday I got a mail that my post was not being delivered, so contact on customer care. I tried contacting them but it was all in german. I am new in germany so my german is not so good.
Please let me know what should I do now. please let me know whether the post was sent to my new address?

Thank You. Can you please add my apartment number in the letter. Last time there was a problem in delivering it because it didnt had my apartment number.
kindly add the apartment number 205 along with the street number as mentioned in the adress registration confirmation.

Hallo SnehaNair,
you will receive the confirmation by e-mail. Therefore it is not necessary to include the addition.
