Regarding Ownership transfer or termination of my contract

Hi I am Pramay Patidar living in Frankfurt Germany and will be travelling back to my home country India on 29th September 2023, So I need to transfer my ownership of cable contract to new owner or I want to terminate the contract as I am leaving germany and will not come back kindly advise on this asap.
