I have returned my Kabelbox on the 16.10.2020.
I also received confirmation for the receipt of the device via email.
I am currently looking for the refund for the charge of 97.47 Euro on the 16.10.2020 ( I went through the forums to understand that the amount would be refunded once the device is returned, I had not receieved any intimation via post previously regarding the return of the device until this charge occured in my bills)

The refund is not automatic, this must be manually initiated by us. Gladly I'll take a look at it. Let me please your data (name, customer number, address and date of birth) via PN.
