Ich habe am 17.03.20 einen neuen Kabel 1000 Vertrag beantragt. Ich brauche keine neue Kabelbox (glaube ich). Ich habe am 17.03 eine E-Mail-Bestätigung erhalten. Ich warte immer noch auf etwas in der Post. Es ist SEHR DRINGEND, da ich Lehrer bin und meine Klassen alle online gehen und ich eine bessere Bandbreite benötige, da ich derzeit nur auf Kabel100 bin. Ich komme mit der angegebenen Nummer nicht durch und mein Deutsch ist begrenzt. Ich spreche Englisch.
Ich möchte unbedingt herausfinden, wo meine Bestellung ist.

Wow. I'm disappointed to find out that my order was not processed 2 weeks ago. This matter is now very urgent for me. I did not request a new router, and don't believe I need one nor to be charged each month for one should this be the case. I need only to change the tariff. Please confirm this issue with me. I also need to be confirmed how much my mobile will be on a monthly basis now because this was discussed on order. I was quoted 22.00EUR.

Your new WLAN cable router was sent out today and is on its way to you with the confirmation. You need a new device that can handle the speed. There are no additional costs for this. Unfortunately, I can't see your mobile phone contract, my mobile colleagues can. Just open a new thread under mobile phones.
