Hi,

We're trying to change our cable internet subscription over from one person to another. So the type, address, router etc. should remain the same, but it should be transferred over to someone else. That person is also registered on the address already. How do we do this, without having to close the first account, opening a new one and potentially go through the hassel of changing routers etc.?
