Moving out of Germany

sorry for using English.

I will move out of germany by the end of the month and I need to cancel my Kabel Deutschland contract.

I have my ABMELDUNG certificate but I don't know where I shoul send it.

Also I need to return the router. I would like to know if I have to pay for it myself or if Vodafone is usign any other option.

Hello smheart,

i can get the termination of the contract done for you. Please note that this is done in the course of the Telecommunications Act (move + 3 months), so the contract will not be terminated immediately.

Send me a private message with the following data:

name

date of birth

customer number

old address

new address

Mmving date or deregistration

The router came with a return receipt. If you don't have it anymore, the return will be at your own expense.
