Hi there,
How do I get help moving my internet to a new house. I am moving. I would call but I do not know German, only English. Also my new place does not offer my current 200MB contract, only 50MB, can I get the contract changed please.

Hi again,
My main account is Rhayner, but for some reason Vodafone Community does not want to let me log into that account. Instead, it tells me to 'Complete Registration'. Though obviously, that username and email is already taken.
So I created a new email address so I can get help with this thread still.
I just want to know about the new address? I tried to change my address on My Vodafone but I did not say it says I have to call the 'Moving' people, but I know you are supposedly handling this. Will I get a confirmation that I will have internet at the new house on July 1? Will the information change on My Vodafone automatically?
What should I do?
