Dear Sirs, Madams,
My contract is a Red Internet Phone and Cable 200.
During the evenings between 1800 and 2300 my latency (ping) will increase up to 350 ping (highest recorded) making my evening of online games unplayable.
I am connected with a LAN cable
Can you help me out? I have looked at similar issues but did not find a satisfying answer.

I would like to help you. Please give me more information. Which router do you use? Can you post the signal values of the up- and downstreams? You can find these in the user interface of your router.

thank you for your reply, I tried calling technical support but alas, my German is not advanced enought to explain myself properly.
In any case, the router I have is CH7466CE.
I will try and do some speedtest when it is happening. During offpeak hours the internet and latency is fine.

the images must not be larger than 333 kB And here you can insert them. Yes JPG is fine.

I have also noticed that on days when my ping is good, I'm being routed via Rosenheim Komro GMBH, any correlation?

This may indicate a too high load in the network.
Rosenheim Komro GMBH? We have nothing to do with them. Can you provide a screenshot of this?
