Dear Sirs, Madams,
My contract is a Red Internet Phone and Cable 200.
During the evenings between 1800 and 2300 my latency (ping) will increase up to 350 ping (highest recorded) making my evening of online games unplayable.
I am connected with a LAN cable
Can you help me out? I have looked at similar issues but did not find a satisfying answer.

It just showed up on the speedtests from time to time. It's probably nothing.
So, the high latency is due to high load. Any idea if there's any infrastructure works planned in the area?

does the disturbance last all day, or only in the evening hours?
At the moment there are expansion works taking place, but I cannot tell you when they will be finished.

They are very pronounced in the evening, but last few weeks it's almost just as bad during daytime. The record I saw was 627ms
