Erlaubnis des Hauseingentümers

I have ordered the Kabel 100 in July, but I still haven't received any confirmation.

I just found out that vodafone also sent me a letter before says "Bevor es losgeht, brauchen wir die Erlaubnis Ihres Hauseingentümers. Sobald wie sie haben, melden wir uns bei Ihnen". I am a bit confused, will vodafone get the permission from my landlord or I should do it?

If I should do it, I need more information. What kind of permission I should get from my landlord? Is there any form that I can send to my landlord to let him sign?
In my apartment, there is already a kabelanschluss. Does Vodafone need to build something extra for me to use the internet? If yes, then who will pay for the installation?

Usually we approach the landlord to get his consent. You are welcome to send me your data (name, customer number, address and date of birth) via PN ,then I can check the current status.
