English - pay bill failed

Hi all,

Vodafone take money from my bank account each month, this time my account was empty. Vodafone will do extra fee ? Should I pay for this month manually or they will will take money later?

Hello,

Have a look at your Vodafone customer center to see if there is an invoice with the fee. If that's the case, you'll have to pay the bill manually. Otherwise you will receive an invoice with the fee in the postmail.

Hello mohmsslk,

we try to deduct the amount a second time. If this doesn’t work out, you have to transfer the open amount yourself.
