I took vodafone 500 cable last year from 15 dec 2018 which was supposed to charge 19,99 euros for first 12 months.
I called vodafone customer care already in November to downgrade my plan to 29,99 euros per month. The person confirmed on call that plan will change from 15 dec 2019 and i will pay 29,99 euros per month.
But i received a bill for December today in which i m charged higher amount and the contract shows 500 cable still from 15 dec 2019.
Can you please check, correct the information, and refund the additional money paid?

Hello annkintel,
it's not December 15 either. So the changeover has not yet taken place. This is done to the day and the system cannot take future changes into account. If you receive the invoice before the contract changeover, then the current status is always used as the basis. The invoice correction then takes place in the next regular invoice.
