My internet contract ended on the 30th of October. However, I was billed for November.
It appears that, without any agreement on my behalf, vodafone has extended my contract.
I wish this and any future billing be canceled immediately! I also expect a full refund for November.
I wish to remind you that starting August I moved into a new apartment and can not use the cable network of my original contract. For that reason the contract was canceled. At no time did I request or agree to renew the internet service.
