Last May (2022), when I wasn't even in Berlin half of the year, I allegedly took on a new service on my 2018. Kabel contract which extended it to 2024. In the meantime I did the Kundigung (or at least I thought so) but it was overriden by my "new service". I never took on a new service, I never extended my contract because I knew I was gonna move from Berlin to a city in the south. And now they won't let me cancel the contract. In the meantime, not knowing this, my wife took on a contract in her name in the new city. How is making up that I requested a new service legal, how?!
