Contract Issue

Dear All,


In August 2019 someone from UnityMedia came to my home and told Vodafone is changing all its DSL to UnityMedia and took details from my Vodafone contract and created a contract. Next Day I inquired from Vodafone and the denied any such thing so I replied to that unityMedia person to cancel and do not proceed after that I ignored this thing and today I saw unityMedia is debiting money from my bank every month.

I do not have any UnitiyMedia device they have not setup any connection which I can see at my home so I assumed they have already cancelled but they have not.


Can someone help me here to cancel and sort out this issue, I can see currently I am paying unfortunately for two DSL (Vodafone (existing) and UnityMedia (faslyly created))
