Cancelling contract that does not exist

Hello everyone!

 

Yet again I encounter a problem with services of Vodafone (it is never smooth!). I have a typical problem --- I am permanently moving out of Germany, to France, and hence want to cancel my contract with Vodafone Kabel Deutschland in Berlin. I've been a customer for more than 3 years now. 

 

However, I can't access my private room! I do receive regualrly emails with messages that my monthly statemets are ready, and I do keep paying regulalry. But when I tried to restore my password (which I forget or never had), I keep logging in to my previous, deactivated account. When I tried to register with my current account number, the website says it doesn't exist (I pay and receive service every month though!). Any suggestions how to proceed? I've never received an activation key or something like that...

 

As usual with the Vodafone service, writing a forum post is easier than calling a hotline.

the contract is already cancelled by the online notification of your move. You should also have already received a confirmation of this.
