Hi
I have a 1000 GigaMax cable contract. I hust moved to a new address. The new address already has Internet. Also, I checked and vodafone does NOT offer cable at this address. Only DSL up to 250 Mbit/s.
How to proceed with cancelling my contract?

The normal way would be to report a move. Vodafone then checks if your contract is available at, if not Vodafone terminates the contract by themselves.

It is not working. Look it just gives me this message and nothing changes in my account... Same old address still shows.

I tried now with the WhatsApp number you gave, and it is the same TOBI chatbot I already used on this website without anywhere to go... Can you just please solve it for me directly without referring me to anywhere?

There is no individual support available here in the forum. The Tobi in WhatsApp is not the same as on the website, though. Demand a „Kundenberater“ repeatedly, and at some point the bot will give up and forward you to a human agent. Responses will take time then, this is not a live chat and requests are worked on in chronological order.
