I tried the Vodafone TV set, however I did not like it and I returned it within the 15-days period. However, I sent the box and the service rejection letter to the same address. For that reason, Vodafone now is forcing me to enroll in a 2-years contract even though sent again the rejection letter to the right address days later.
Does somebody else experience the same problem? How did you solve it. I think this is not fair and the system seems to be designed to get the customer trap due to a silly technicality. I'd appreciate your help
