Dear Sirs 

I will need to leave Germany on 30 April and I need to stop my Internet +TV+phone +mobile contracts.

Can I provide the necessary data to some of the admins here so that I get help to run the procedure in the next 2 weeks ?

I know that I may need to pay the next 3 months but do not know how to arrange this. Most probably will also need to send the router before 30 Apr.

One more detail - I will move to Hungary, is there a way that I transfer my contract to Vodafone Hungary? However the price would be different.

Hi Chadvar,

 

I've been handling the cancellation of the cable contracts. You will receive a written confirmation with the cancellation date. In it you will also find the return address for the equipment. The devices must be delivered to us no later than 14 days after the cancellation date. But you can also send them earlier.

 

In order for a colleague to take care of your mobile phone contract, you have to open a new thread in the mobile phone board. Unfortunately I can't help you there.

Thank you. I see that the termination is schedulled for 25 July 2020.

Are some payments due before this date? If yes, can they be billed in April invoice. The point is that I will send the equipment and will leave Germany on 30 April, so it will be good that the payments are also done as mank account, etc will be closed.

Hi Chavar,

 

unfortunately, we are not able to finalize the invoice in April. You know the monthly fee. With this you could calculate the fees until 25.07.2020. You can transfer this amount in advance and we will then offset the credit against the current invoices. You will find the bank details on every invoice. Please use your customer number as reason for payment.
