Hi community,
I am moving to a new flat and I have made an arrangement with my current landlord, that is moving in the flat, that the cable internet should stay and therefore we agreed that the contract should be transfered to her. How is this done?
Thank you.

Hi Momchil,
a contract transfer is unfortunately not possible. When you move, you take the contract with you. Should a supply not be possible, we terminate the contract with a period of 3 months.

Hi Thomas,
Thannk you for the information. The reason I ask is because I saw that with the DSL there is this option and there is a form to do so.
I wrote a message to the customer service usingn the contact form (in English) for contract terminantionn, attached my new address registration, but I was told that I cannot be seerviced in my preferred lannguage and forwarded to the forum.
I would need to terminante the contract since on the new address there is nno cable coverage adn the DSL offer I received is far from what I use as of today.
How do I termiante my contract with a 3-month notice in English?
Thanks,
Momchil

Even found a thread here related to the contract transfer posibility for DSL internet users, isn't really there such posibility for cable users?
Thanks

Hello Momchil,
no, this option does not exist for cable contracts. You can report your move by entering your new address on the contact form. The system then checks whether the new address can be supplied. If this is not the case, the contract will be terminated at the end of the term. As soon as the proof (re-registration) of your move is available, the cancellation will be adjusted (according to the TKG).
