Cannot connect to internet.

Hi all,

Apologies but I do not speak any German (so, nobody can help me at the Vodafone hotline).
I received my router Friday. I connected it to the cable connection.
Even after a few hours. the "@" blinks very quickly and the web page of the router reports the modem with a status of "In process".
Of course, no Internet connection is present. The router has not acquired any IP address from the Network.
Could anyone help me please.

would you please send me a private message with your customer number, name and address? A technician semms to be necessary to install the internet connection.
