Hello Vodafone team,
My name is Sanjyot Patil and I had availed Vodafone kabel service during my stay in Erlangen ,Germany last year.
I had to move out of Germany and relocate to different country in mid December 2017 due to which I had terminated the kabel contract before leaving. Necessary documents such as copy of my Abmeldung and request for contract termination where submitted from my side at the Vodafone store from where the contract was made before I left. Also the router was sent back to Vodafone by post before I left from Germany. I had also received an acknowledgement letter from Vodafone stating that my request for termination of contract will be processed. However exact date of contract termination was not sent to my last address before I left from Germany.
Inspite of this bill amount is deducted from my bank account every month even after 7 months after contract termination. As I am not staying in Germany anymore it is not possible for me to go in person and check at Vodafone store. On my behalf, My friend had been to store today on my request and he was told at Vodafone store in Erlangen by the customer representative there that I should write to Vodafone service.
Can you please look into this matter asap and stop further deduction of bill from my account. Also the reimbursement of the bill back to my account shall be done for the last 7 months that was deducted even after termination of contract (Jan2018-July2018).
Inspite of repetitive reminders and requests to Vodafone customer service my request is not being processed.

Dear Thomas,
I have sent you a private message today with the necessary approval letter.
Please let me know once the refund is transferred.
Also I have received an email notification on 18.07.19 at 8.28PM regarding a new rechnung ,I am not sure what it is regarding.
But as I mentioned earlier in this thread above I am not able to see any documents on my cable portal nor can reach it through the link sent in the email notification to access any such documents.
Hence forth please send me any such documents only as an attachment over email .

Dear Thomas & Vodafone Team,
I received the attachment.Thank you for sending the same.
However I am higly disappointed by the customer services provided by vodafone to deal with this refund reimbursement. Everytime some new information is asked by vodafone team with no clarity.
Last time a written confirmation was asked from the account holder to be send over PN which I got from the account holder and sent you. (please check the thread above -message sent to me on 20.07.19 @17.52) .
Now today there is a new demand from vodafone. I dont really understand this.
Due to this my refund reimbusrement is getting unnecessarily delayed everytime.
I have also today replied over a private message regarding this. Please check ,do the needful and keep me updated.
I have already invested a lot of my time inorder to get the refund and have no further time to spend.
I expect vodafone to kindly cooperate and not delay this refund reimbursement any further.

the refund will be made with luck this week. At the latest in the next week the money should be there.

the repayment is automated. Unfortunately, I cannot intervene manually. After consultation with the specialist department it should take place at the latest on 01.08.2019.
