Hello everyone,
I have the same problem. The router is restarting at least once a day and as I am relaying on the connection to work, it is becoming a problem. It is not possible that each and every day this is happening completely random.
What I find weird is that, for example today, my connection dropped one hour after the router says he had restarted (see attached image).
Please can you help with this?

I had the restart of my box again yesterday.
As others pointed out, I am also relying on this connection to work from home. It has to be stable as soon as possible. Please help us.

in which federal state do you live and which router model did you get from us? Did you replace the power supply and the coaxial cable already?

I live in Branderburg.
I have a TG3442DE router, I replaced the router and the power supply but they did not gave me a new coaxiale in the box though!
