Hello Comminuty,
I've ordered device EasyBox 4208 and delivered on 29th Dec 2020.
When I try to activate the modem, I can not get past the following screen:
"Please plug the DSL cable into the dedicated DSL port on EasyBox."
Please someone helped me I tried helpline number but there was no option for English Language.

Hi Hassan9,
when you plugged in the new EasyBox (I think, it must be the 804), did you already enter the MIC (modem installation code) via your landline phone or the dashbord of the EasyBox?
Is your access already in use or is it a new access? Then it's necessary that the technician comes to activate the line.
