Good evening!
I am hoping someone here could provide me with some support with my new EasyBox 804.
Me and my wife have used Vodafone for almost 5 years now, and regularly run into issues with the performance of the connection. Before, we used the EasyBox 904 xDSL which is great! It runs perfectly, until it had some issues with the 2,4Ghz function dying. So, we contacted Vodafone for a replacement, which they sent a new EasyBox 804.
Set up was fast, and simple enough - just needed the MIC code, which I had to wait an hour for. Not too bad.
Then, the problems started - every 10 to 15 minutes the connection would just go from "VDSL Connected" to "No Connection - Training..." and this would go on for hours. And I mean, actually hours. I messaged with Vodafone support via WhatsApp on the first day, and the gentleman was kind enough to help me, but nothing changed.
Then I messaged Vodafone again via WhatsApp and was told "Sorry! We do not support English here..." and such. I will not lie, my German speaking abilities are poor. My wife usually assists with these kind of things, but since she does not want to deal with the internet services, it is my job to do so 🙂
Since the issue was too much for me, as I need a constant connection for my work, I regularly have to check on server conditions, websites and maintain an active Remote Desktop connection to my Cloud Mac. With the internet dropping every 10 to 15 minutes, it is impossible to work. I am now losing contracts with new and existing clients, which is costing me, big time.
If anyone would be kind enough to assist, I would appreciate it, very much!

Do you use the new EasyBox via LAN or W-LAN?
