Easybox 804 stopped working

Hi,

I need English speaking support.

Yesterday I was using my wifi and at a certain moment the network just disappeared. I tried admin login but as there is no network I fear the Easybox 804 broke down.

I am in the middle of thesis writing so this is really bad timing.

Have you tried to reset the box via factory reset?
