Hello,
I have a situation since yesterday evening (04.10.2020) my box keeps rebooting randomly (every 2, 5, 20 min...), I tried to reboot manually the box but nothing work, it's not stable at all. I don't know what to do. Can you help me, I'm working from home, it's a huge problem for me.

Furthermore I saw my invoice of November and you charge me of 96.99 euros for
" Service fee for end device settings and / or error analysis"
The technician did nothing at my place, he did not even call me !!! you charge more for a service I pay every month but doesn't work properly, you are accountable for that not me, it's not fair at all. Can you ajust my invoice fairly?
