Hello,
Could anyone please let me know why have I been charged with 165 euros?
No invoice received and no explanation as to why these charges have been made. Money was simply taken from my account. All your customer service agents are busy and the store no one wants to help. They keep referring me to call/reach out to online customer support.
I have already went to my bank to cancel this transaction, but it is unbelievable that I have to waste time from work to deal with these types of situations.
Please get back to me asap.

you can find your invoices in MeinVodafone account.
Please have a look and tell us which position is not correct.
If your invoice is not correct, please send us a complaint in written form within 8 weeks after the invoice was created.
