I tried to use the "Umzugsservice" to move the interent to my new addres, but always receive this error:
I can not call the number, because not speaking German. What are my options?

Hi jordna,
you are obviously using a DSL and not a cable connection, so I take over here.
Please send me a private message with your name, your customer number (0019...), your new address, the date when you are moving and the exact location of your new home (e.g. apartment building, 2nd floor, right...)
