Hi Team,
I have made new contract with vodafone on Feb 2020 contract Starting from March 2020. I didn't got welcome letter from vodafone till date. Hence I can't able to login to vodafone portal till date. For March month and april month bill SEPA was working fine. But March month amount sent back to my account by vodafone and I got mail from vodafone to pay back march month bill which i have paid already. But for May month sepa automatic debit is not happened from vodafone and now i got mail from vodafone to pay 27.29 euro (19..99 euro as contract amount +4.5 wuro for deriect debit +2.8 Euro as direct debit) I didn't get any mail for May month traiff either bill 9or) post. I didn't got any mail (or) post from vodafone that sepa is not working you have to register. With out giving proper details if you people send a mail to pay the fine for your side mistake. I can't take responsibility. I want to know wht happen clearly from your team side. Since I don't understand german. I need English support person to clarify all my doubts and solve the problem in vodafone which i am facing in traiff.

You will find all info regarding the activation date and the Online-Registreriungs-Code in our welcome letter.
We send it via e-mail, so please check your inbox and spam folder.
You need the code for adding your contract to MeinVodafone. You then can see your invoices etc.
If you didn't find the e-mail yet, you can send me a private message. I need your name, customer number and customer password.
