Hello,
I had a vodafone kabel contract till June 2019. I had to move to a new address from July 2019 and the new address did not have Kabel connection. So i had to change from Kabel to DSL. This normally take three weeks. I didnt know that as so booked for a transfer only in the last week of June. So they cancelled my KAbel contract by the end of June and made a new DSL contact from July, but I could get the DSL connection on from 15 July. Because, the techical people have to come and make the DSL connection in my new apartment.
The problem now is, I am not moving to the new apartment because the landlady scammed me with this apartment and I knew this only on July 1st (on the date of moving in). I also cancelled my old apartmments contact. So now I dont have my own place to stay and I am living with a friend till I find a new place for myself.
And I have an appointment on 15th July for DSL cooonetion with the DSL technical people but I find no way to cancel it. I also sent my DSL cancellation letter to them by post and mail but no reply till now.
I am scared as if the DSL people dont find me in the appartment on the scheduled date, they would make a new appointment and charge me 59€ for that. also Itried calling the custromer support but no one gives me a proper reply. I ahve been trying to work this out for tha past one week and calling and mailing them everyday but no use.
I am very disappointed with vodafone and desperately looking for some help here.

Most likely its not possible to cancle the order with just 4 days notice.
