Hello,
I have shifted from Kaiserslautern to Stuttgart. My internet contract was from vodafone kabel but because in my new place there is no service of vodafone kabel (confirmed by representative from vodafone helpline), I have to cancel vodafone Kable and instead I applied for DSL from vodafone.
The problem is that I recieved a letter from vodafone Kabel that my contract will end on 13.6.2018 and hence I have to pay twice ,one to vodafone DSL and one to vodafone Kabel during these three week.
If vodafone Kabel cannot provide their service than its not my problem. Kindly resolve my issue.

I processed the termination today. You will receive the written confirmation by post within the next few days. For the period from 09.04.18 (connection date of the DSL contract) to 26.04.18 I have arranged a credit note.
Do you have any further questions or can we close the thread?

Hello Bilal,
if we are unable to supply the new address, the contract will be terminated with a period of 3 months. If you decide for a DSL contract with us, we can terminate the existing contract with the day of switching. Is the DSL contract already active?
