Dear All,
Firstly sorry for writing in English as my german is still terrible. I set up a contract with Vodafone online for the interent and a person from telekom was supposed to come to the house to set up the connection. The person left a note but never called on the door bell and as a result i was waiting at home for nothing with no interent set up.
As a result i need to make a new termin for the internet set up? I went to the shop in my town and the lady put a date in the system, but i have recieved no confirmation of this date? or when i will finally get the internet. Is there someone i can contact to ask about this?
I am still not sure why someone from Telekom needs to come to set up the internet, when the contract (from the last person in the house) was also with vodafone.

I would call the vodafone customer service hotline and ask that question there.
