Increase Internet Speed from DSL100 to 250mbps

Hi all, 

I have a running contract until 04.2020 for landline and DSL100 with a FritzBox 7430 router lease for free.

I want to increase the bandwith speed to 250mpbs. The MeineVodafone portal seems to have an area to request this but I want to understand the process:

- Is the contract going to be extended for 2 years from now (2021) or after the running contract (2022)?

- on the new contract, do I get promotions for the first 12 months?

- Do I get a new router since the current one has speed limitation to 100mbps?

- Do I get the (new) router for free on the new contract or have to pay the 2.99 EUR?

- Are there additional fees or services for changing the speed?

Yes, it's a new 24 month period.

Nope.

Yes, you'll need at least a FRITZ!Box 7530.

Since it's an upgrade, no. No additional fees.

However for the fee of the new router, is there a way to negotiate because today I'm getting the router for free?
