Incorrect charges

Hi!

 

I am so sorry for the lack of german language skills that's why I am writing in English.

 

So, since the 2019/12/02, I have changed to "Internet Flat & Fixed Network Flat VDSL 50000" for a monthly price of  14.99 EUR (34.99 € -20 € (BONUS) = 14.99 €).

 

The reason of my change, was that the connection was very bad and the speed way too low.

 

The chabge was made after contacting a vodafone representative.

 

Unfortunately, I am still being charged EUR 53.98 everything month, as per my old contract / connection.

 

I have already sent back the vodafone modem and since the 2020/01/28 a vodafone technician has installed the FRITZ! Box 7530 modem.

 

I tried to call but nobody could support me in English.

 

Is it possible to receive via this forum some support and my issue to be shorted out?

i'm sorry that you were not satisfied with your higher bandwith.


If you downgrade the contract within our "Wechselgarantie" after 12 months, you pay the regular tariff - without any discounts (so 34,99 euros / monthly for the internet & phone 50 DSL).
