Charges even after Contract termination

My customer number is * and I have already terminated the contract last month. But, I am still being charged for the usage.

Did you receive a confirmation of the termination? Did you observe the correct termination period? Also you might have to pay a final invoice for services you used before the end of the contract.

Yes I did receive the confirmation of termination. I have returned the device via post and shared the abmeldung as well. As I moved out of Germany.
