Hello,
Hopefully an english-speaking Vodafone representative can help me. My customer number is xxx. Apparently my entire building has switched to PŸUR, and my router will no longer connect to the internet with Vodafone. Do I understand correctly that I need to cancel my Vodafone contract and return the router, and then open a new contract and get a new router from PŸUR? How do I return the router? How many billing cycles will I be charged after giving notice of my termination? Please feel free to PM me.
Thanks,
Laura

Usually your contract will be ended at the date that your house switches to PYUR - no need for a cancellation from your side as Vodafone will know about that fact.
From that day of change, you should return your Router asap at your own expenses.
Usually you'll get one or at max. two additional bills after that cancellation/switchover process - it depends on which date you bill is being created.

Hello and thank you for your quick response. Do you have the ability to confirm on my account? It seems like the technical switch happens today, I'm not sure when the billing switch will happen and I will not see any indication of it in my account information.
Alternatively, do you know the correct customer service number to reach somebody who speaks English? In the past I have never managed to get on the phone.
Thanks!

Hi laurabrown1113,
if such operator changes take place, we also take care of the termination. Then you only have to pay until the day of the change. Fees that we have calculated thereafter will be refunded to you.
In the cancellation confirmation, which you will then receive, you will also find information about the return of the router.
Regards
Stephan
