Hi, my internet has not been working since 3 days and no one has looked into this yet. I have raised a complaint and all I was told was someone will be calling me today. The call isn't going to be of much help because I have already tried unplugging and resetting the internet router, etc. I need someone to physically come and detect the issue. There was a problem 3 days ago for the entire building where the internet was disrupted for everyone for an entire day. Everyone else's issue has been fixed except ours. Please look into this ASAP! I need English support to help me with this problem.
