Greetings!
Unfortunately, my skills of German are not that good to talk over the phone, so I came here to ask for help.
Actually, I signed a contract for DSL connection. However, the DSL device did not come in time. I checked with GLS Sendungsverfolgung, the status of the package says that it was returned back to GLS with reason: "Das Paket konnte nicht zugestellt werden, da weitere Adressinformationen benötigt werden."
Although, today the technician came to setup DSL. He could not finish his job, because he needs the device.
Could someone please help me to request the delivery once again?

Well, yeah. That might work. However, I also need to set up a new appointment with technician (last time he came and immediately went away, because I had no DSL device).
That's why I'd really appreciate if someone of moderators could help me with this matter.

I missed the delivery and now have no idea what to do, whether I have to create a new order, or I have to ask for new delivery...?

Good afternoon dear moderators!
Thanks to Andre, the problem was almost solved. I finally received DSL device.
However, I could not activate it, because I didn't receive "Willkommensbrief" with "Installation Code" which is required for device activation. Can someone please help me with this problem?
