We had DSL 250 installed 2 months ago, and it does not work as promised. I have tried twice to file trouble tickets, and Vodafone sent a new router out because they said the router was turning off access to internet on its own. Now the new router is having the same problem, and I can't add our DSL contract to MeinVodafone because we do not have an online registration code. How do we request a new code?
