[English] Changing delivery address of FritzBox

Hello!

I just moved to a new flat, and had to switch from Kabel to DSL. As a result, I'm waiting for the delivery of my FritzBox.

However, I gave the address of my workplace for the box delivery (because it's more convenient for me), and my workplace just closed because of the epidemic (we're going full remote). Is it possible to change the delivery address for the FritzBox to my home address?

it depends on the state of your shipping.
Did you already get a confirmation mail/sms with the parceltrackingnumber?

Then you have to get in touch with gls.

If not , feel free to send me a private message with your customernumber, password & the adress.
