Hi, My DSL at home has never been so slow as it is now, eventhoug I started paying more for some reason.
I used to pay 20 EUR for more than 2 years and now I suddenly found myself paying 35 EUR.
That's not the only problem but surprisingly my DSL speed at home is getting much slower, what is going on?
I have been trying for more than a week now, all ways to get an answer from your so called customer service on the phone or on your branches but no one can answer or support me.
In one of your branches, 4 gentlmen sitting free (no customer exist) and simply telling me that they can't do anything for me and I have to call customer service on the phone. I am wondering what is their job if not to service a customer regardless to what is his problem and escalate.
In my hundreds of trials by phone I got so strange answers and no one can helped me at the end:
one vodafone guy told me that my neighbour in the same building just signed new contract with vodafone and they took from my internet speed what I had for two years or more. he told me that I should pay half the amount I pay now for such a speed. he adviced me to contact unitymedia to get better DSL!
another one told me that I am right the internet is slow and suddenly he said I can't speak english. we will give u a call in 30 mins and passed already 30 hours. and more who just put the phone once they heard me speaking english.
who to complain to and who can help me. why I can't live in peace with vodafone during my years in Germany.

The offer at the start of the contract is only for 24 months. Current offers are only for 12 months.
Do we open a technician ticket for that already?

Hi Sebastian,
One of your colleagues on the phone has already started making me another offer for my DSL to pay only 25 EUR instead of 35 EUR, but unfortunately I lost him during the call. Can you continue the offer?
A similar case happened with me one year ago, when Vodafone suddenly also took more and after my complaint they returned the amount to my normal cost 20 EUR. (search the forum for ASHMO: support in english)
Nobody opened any technician ticket because the issue with my DSL speed compared to what I pay apparently is very obvious from your system as I was told by all the customer service specialists I spoke to, perhaps you could have a look yourself?
Note that I am not willing to pay any extra money for any technician for any investigation.
