Cancelling contracts

I have been trying to send an email to Vodafone all day and even had a friend who spoke german try to get a hold of customer service to cancel the orders that were made yesterday. They want customer numbers which I do not have I only have order numbers. The rep set up two different DSL orders and a mobile contract that when checking the status says it can not be activated. I just want it all cancelled and I am not sure if I can do that in a Vodafone store? I speak English and the only reps I could get through to only did new orders. Not to mention name and birthday were entered wrong on both DSL contracts.

Can someone help me get these cancelled please?

If the contracts were done in a store, please contact the employees there in order to cancel the orders.

I need your name, your order numbers and your customer password.
